What is the return policy?
Custom Cakes & Fondant Decorations:
- ❌ No returns or refunds — custom made-to-order items cannot be resold
- ✅ If there is a quality issue or error on our part, we will offer a partial refund or store credit
- ⚠️ Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the delivery date to receive a refund
Edible Images & Toppers:
- ✅ Returns accepted if item arrives damaged — photo evidence required within 24 hours of delivery
- ❌ No returns for change of mind on custom printed items
General:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for any issues
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?

Contact us with your design ideas and we'll be happy to help. We recommend ordering at least 5–7 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
