Return & Refund Policy – Memory Lane Sweets Studio

Custom & Personalised Orders Due to the personalised nature of our edible toppers and custom cake decorations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Change of Mind We do not accept returns for change of mind on custom or perishable items.

Order Cancellations Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, production may have already started and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
